Appellate Division Shoots Down Constitutional Convention Lawsuit

Casey Seiler reports in the Times Union “a state appellate court panel has upheld a lower court’s decision to toss activist Bob Schulz’s lawsuit seeking a declaration that it would be a conflict of interest for elected officials, employees of the judiciary, public employee union officials and more to serve as delegates to a state constitutional convention.”
