NY Times: Voter Fatigue in New York

Today’s paper runs an editorial  critical of the state needing to run three separate 2016 primaries: “New York’s presidential primary is set for April 19. Congressional primaries are expected to be held on June 28, and state legislative primaries on Sept. 13, with the general election on Nov. 8.”

The paper supports online registration, early voting and that “ballots be clean and easy to understand — a big hurdle in New York, where legislators have always required that all races to be crammed onto one cluttered page. It also recommended better management of polling places and more training for poll workers.”
