Reach Of WNY Elections Complaint Could Still Be Broadening

In State Of  Politics, Ryan Whelan reports: “(t)he elections complaints filed by Erie County Legislator Betty Jean Grant and two others in 2013 have already proven to have long legs. The complaints, alleging illegal coordination against the political committee WNY Progressive Caucus, started at the Erie County Board of Elections but eventually found their way to the New York State Attorney General’s office.”
