Lawsuit Filed to Force Staten Island/Brooklyn Congressional Election

Colby Hamilton reports in Capital New York: A federal lawsuit was filed in the Eastern District to force the Governor to call a special election to replace Michael Grimm in Congress. Staten Island Board Of Elections Commissioner Ronald Castorina filed the complaint on behalf of eight district voters. The case will be heard on February 13.
